Is Puaro free to use?Question 1
Yes. The Free plan is $0 with no credit card required. It includes the full platform within clear guardrails: 1 organization, up to 5 users, and up to 10 repositories (≤10GB each).
What limits should we plan for?Question 2
Free covers 1 Puaro organization, up to 5 users, and 10 repositories up to 10GB each. When you need more seats, orgs, or repos, contact us about Enterprise.
Do I need a credit card or contract?Question 3
No. Sign up and start scanning immediately on Free. Enterprise agreements and billing are handled separately when you are ready to scale.
What happens after early access / when paid plans launch?Question 4
We will give clear notice before any change to Free guardrails or paid pricing. Existing Free workspaces keep access under the published limits until you upgrade or we announce a change.
Does Puaro work with GitHub and GitLab?Question 5
Yes. GitHub uses a GitHub App with pull request checks and Open fix PR. GitLab uses GitLab.com OAuth or a personal access token on public HTTPS, with merge request scans, commit statuses and MR notes, and Open fix MR. Bitbucket is planned. Setup is typically under 5 minutes. No agents to install.
Is data retained after scans?Question 6
Source code is not kept after scanning by default. Finding metadata may be stored so you can review and remediate results in the dashboard.
